Quote Request/Order Worksheet

Quotes are not available for contractors or homeowners.

Our doors and accessories are priced on a per quote basis. All quote requests need to be emailed to sales@mcfarlanddoor.com, faxed to (541)947-3094 or submitted using this form. Quotes should be returned on same day or next day. On large jobs please allow 2-3 days for quote information to be returned. Please provide quantity of doors, whether it is Interior or Exterior, door size, model number, wood species, panel profile and thickness, sticking/moulding profile, glass profile and thickness, name, date, phone number, and fax number. Fire Doors must be machined by McFarland Door unless your company is licenced to machine them.
