Sound Doors
We can produce solid wood sound rated panel doors with a 36 STC (Sound Transmission Class) rating, and 38 STC rated wood panel doors using a special core. We can also produce french doors with a 32 STC rating using insulated glass. Our sound doors can be produced using any configuration as long as the stiles, rails, and panels are 1 3/4" thick. Choose from a variety of panels and stickings. We can also help you design your own custom door. Choose from a variety of woods such as birch, cherry, hickory, soft and hard maple, vertical grain fir, and other dense woods.
